    We advise in equity and debt financing solutions for Chinese real estate projects. Our mandate includes REITs, real estate funds and bank loans.
  • Cross border mergers and acquisitions
    We provide M&A advisory services for Chinese investors with regard to European small and medium enterprises, with focus in the health and technology industry.

  • Commodity related financing and M&A
    We provide short and long term capital solutions for commodity producers and traders from deal origination, to structuring, risk analysis, documentation, till completion, that enhances capital efficiency and credit improvement for our clients. In addition, we identify and advise in metals and mining acquisitions.

The Private Equity Fund

  • Infrastructure projects, including highways, ports, warehouse, logistics.
  • Clean energy projects, including hydropower stations, wind power stations, schools, hospital, etc.
  • Equity Investment Amounts: +/- USD100 million per deal
  • Tenor: 3 to 7 years

Founder and CEO, Mr. Michael Chen (Dutch citizen with Chinese origin) has been in China for nearly two decades with investment and commercial banking experience.

  • Royal Bank of Scotland – Asia Head of Structured Trade Finance
  • Won “the Deal of the Year Award” from Trade Finance magazine for 2008 and 2009
  • Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ – China head of investment banking
  • Noble Group – Director of Structured Trade Finance
  • Fortis Bank – Senior relationship manager

  • Erasmus University at Rotterdam (Masters in International Finance)
  • CEIBS (Global EMBA)
